Parking is free for Old City Santa clients. You may park your vehicle in the lot at the venue.

Dogs and cats are allowed. Consult with us beforehand if you would like to bring an exotic animal.

We recommend dressing festive and comfortable.

You can pack light. Santa’s workshop is packed with toys, but you may bring your own prop. You may bring your own letter to send in our holiday mailbox.

This is an experience for any who loves Christmas.

Arrive 15 minutes before your session’s start time.

Yes, an initial deposit of half the total investment is due to lock in the date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

Once the deposit is paid, your date is locked in. You must arrive on time. If you miss your session, you may need to reschedule for after Christmas due to high demand.

Cancellations are only an option when a state of emergency is declared in the township. If we are non-operational for the day, then we can reschedule or provide a cancellation and full refund.

The full experience is 1 hour.

On average, you receive a gallery of photos in about 2-3 days. You may select your favorite photos from here and we will provide them to you.
